State of Hivello : End-of-Year Report
As 2025 wraps up, we’re looking back at one of the biggest years in Hivello’s journey so far. From launching our $HVLO token to integrating 11 DePIN networks, optimizing and keeping these networks up to date to meet current requirements, enhancing our app, successfully executing two airdrops, rewarding our community, delivering on campaigns, and forming more than 30+ new partnerships, this year was packed. We also showcased Hivello at Paris Blockchain Week, attended major events like Token2049 in Dubai, and saw our DePIN Coffee Hour grow into its own recognized brand, expanding our reach and influence across the industry. The Hivello Ecosystem
This year, we expanded and optimized the Hivello Network across Theta, Storj, Autonomi, Nosana, Swarm, Golem, Sentinel, Livepeer, and Mysterium—alongside AIOZ and Filecoin, which joined in 2024. Throughout 2025, our priority was simple: make every network run better. More stability. More uptime. More consistent earnings for every Node Runner.
The Reality Check As much progress as we’ve made, the DePIN landscape in 2025 brought a tough truth: many token economies haven’t yet hit the momentum needed for strong, consistent earnings—especially for mid-range devices. Our long-term goal remains the same: an average of $10 per month per node across the entire network. Some users already exceed that, particularly those with moderate or powerful GPUs, but we’re not there at scale… yet.
$HVLO: The Token
2025 was the year $HVLO officially came to life.
We launched during a pretty chaotic moment in the market (thanks, tariffs…), but even so, the token made its appearance across Raydium, MEXC, Gate.io, CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko.
It was a rocky start with a false Rug Check warning trying to slow us down, but the issue stemmed from our vesting provider’s smart contracts—not unlocked tokens. After a few days of back-and-forth, both platforms removed the notice, clearing the path for proper visibility.
From there, we expanded access even further through integrations with Banxa and Binance Wallet, making it easier for users to onboard and participate. We also strengthened the $HVLO ecosystem through new partnerships with ApeBond, a decentralized launch and bonding platform expanding HVLO’s liquidity and discovery, and VibeTrading, a fast-growing leveraged trading platform which brings HVLO to a wider community of active traders and analysts.
To support long-term growth, we will be rolling out updated tokenomics designed to strengthen sustainability, utility, and value accrual for HVLO. Our original model relied on membership tiers that increased the percentage of DePIN rewards Node Runners could keep, but with current DePIN earnings being relatively low, that structure didn’t create meaningful buy pressure or align with our values. The new tokenomics will take a more balanced and impactful approach, setting the foundation for HVLO’s next evolution in 2026.

Rollout of Withdrawals
We rolled out the first phase of withdrawals on 18th Decemebr 2025, letting users access a portion of their earned DePIN rewards in HVLO directly from their dashboards.
- 80% of rewards go to users; Hivello retains 20% to support platform operations.
- All DePIN tokens are automatically converted to HVLO.
- Users can stake for compounding rewards or send HVLO to their own wallets.
Withdrawals may seem simple, but they’re technically challenging—handling multiple DePIN tokens, conversions, and gas fees across different chains isn’t easy. That’s why the initial rollout is quarterly, letting earnings accumulate so users get meaningful payouts without losing value to transaction costs.
Future updates will include FIAT off-ramping, reinvestment into GPU plans, and more ways to put rewards to work.

The Hive Community: Refining How We Connect
As Hivello continues to grow, we’ve also taken time to refine how we communicate with you—our community, partners, and Node Runners. This year taught us something important: clarity and consistency matter just as much as features and updates.
To support that, we’re restructuring our community channels to make sure communication is simpler, more focused, and easier for everyone to follow. After reviewing where conversations naturally happen, where partners prefer to connect, and where we can be most responsive, we’ll be shifting our primary community focus to Telegram.
This isn’t about scaling back. It’s about streamlining, making sure every message is seen, every voice is heard, and every update reaches you without delay. A few handpicked Discord channels will remain available, but Telegram will become our main hub for communication, announcements, support touchpoints, and real-time engagement.
As we prepare for a busy 2026—with new products, new branches, and new earning opportunities—having a strong, aligned communication home matters. Telegram gives us exactly that.
DePIN Coffee Hour: Brewing a Global Community
Launched in February 2025, DePIN Coffee Hour, with Hivello as the main sponsor, has quickly grown into its own recognized brand within the DePIN ecosystem. In just a few months, the series has accumulated over 3.5 million views and hosted 70+ founders and project leaders, bringing the latest DePIN news directly to your device.
Over time, the series has evolved and expanded, collaborating with DePIN Connection to bring fresh insights and discussions on the future of DePIN, helping onboard new users, connect projects with potential participants, and engage a global audience. To further support collaboration, we’ve also created an exclusive group for past speakers, allowing them to connect with potential partners, explore synergies, and foster the growth of the DePIN ecosystem.
Hivello is proud to provide the platform, resources, and visibility that have made this growth possible, and we look forward to seeing DePIN Coffee Hour continue to expand in 2026.
The Journey Ahead
Now we’re getting to the REAL meat and potatoes of why I believe as exciting a year as 2025 has been 2026 is going to be even bigger.
Introducing Hivello 3 – Your Web3 Income Companion 2026 marks a transformative leap for Hivello. We’re expanding the DePIN network with even more integrations and introducing AI-powered orchestration that automatically routes your device to the most profitable networks—no technical setup required.
But the biggest evolution comes with Hivello 3, our next-generation platform. We’re moving beyond being just a DePIN aggregator and unlocking GPU Hives, allowing any Hivello Node Runner to rent additional GPU power directly through the platform. This means users can boost their earnings without buying new hardware, purchasing affordable plans on dedicated Hivello-managed GPUs, and receiving rewards in whichever tokens those GPUs are mining.
