Justin Rosenberg

Co-founder & CFO

Since working as a Chartered Accountant, Justin has advised and raised capital for start-ups for over 20 years. These have included companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and the TSX Venture Exchange. Justin is originally from Sydney, Australia and is now based in Toronto, Canada.

Andrew Smith

Co-founder & CEO

15+ years in online, mobile and FinTech business. Previously co-founder & Director of European Operations for Banxa; beginning in Australia in 2014 and exiting the business in 2021 as a TSX-listed fintech.

January 2022

Hivello Was Founded

Our founders self-financed the pilot deployment of Helium (IoT DePIN) hotspots in the Netherlands, with a dual payout system supporting both traditional and cryptocurrency.

June 2022

Hivello MVP

Successfully developed the MVP for Hivello’s fleet/device management platform, in addition to our customer acquisition platform. Furthermore, expanded our reach by deploying hotspots across 13 European Union countries.

December 2022

Hardware to Software

Pivoted from mining hardware to mining software, commenced work on commercialising platform. Built MVP for backend mining management platform.

May 2023

Early Version Demo

An early version was showcased at Bitcoin Miami 2023, with over 15,000 attendees, including representatives from 2,000 companies, 200 sponsors, and 150 speakers.

December 2023
