The dashboard is now located on the the Cloud (Server) this enables multi-node rewards and lets us release the Dashboard/Server and Node/Client independently. It separates concerns of the Server and Client.

If your device goes offline, your earnings may be temporarily paused, but they will resume once you're back online.

Please keep in mind that the earnings are updating around every 1 hour. But for the first earnings to show it has some factors affecting your earnings. For example the specifications of your device, the number of devices you're using, the amount of time you've had your device on. Usually, you need to wait at least 24 hours for the first earnings to show. For Livepeer - there has to be a minimum of 0.005 ETH earned for it to show up on your dashboard.

You should download it from Hivello Dashboard (dashboard.hivello.com). We have a function that detects the user's device’s OS to recommend the most suitable version. If you haven't had any linked node, on the download page, the most suitable one will be displayed centered and over the others. If you already have the linked node, on the device page, there is a "Download" button on the top left, by clicking on the button, the system will download the most suitable version, or by clicking on the caret icon, there is a dropdown list for users to download whichever version you like.

Currently, the Hivello app supports only English, even if your local machine is set to a different default language.

As we prioritize your privacy and security, we designed the Hivello app with security measures to ensure that it cannot be used to access your network without authorization. By default, the app only performs the functions it is designed for.

If you uninstall the app, your account and earnings will remain intact. You can reinstall the app and log back in with the same email at any time. Please note that in the beta version, when you uninstall the app and reinstall, our system will display it as a new device/node (but the old node is still belonging to users, the earnings will remain intact and will be displayed on Hivello Dashboard under your account.

When the suitable DePINs are installed, they're all running on your machine. You are not able to uninstall any of the DePINs separately. What you can do is: Turn ON/OFF the node by clicking on the power button, quit the app using the "Quit" button in the Settings menu If the node is turned OFF, then all of the installed DePINs will be stopped. If the node is turned ON, then all of the installed DePINs will be started and running. If you quit the node, then all of the installed DePINs will be stopped.

To find the active networks (DePINs): On Mac: you can find it in the Activity Monitor; On Windows: you can find it in the Task Manager; On Linux: you can find it in the System Monitor.

Yes, it is safe to connect your Gmail account. When you decide to log into the app with your Gmail account, the app securely gets your basic info (such as your email address and name) from Google to create or access your account. This way, you don’t need a separate password.
